Jay is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Paradigm Masters Management. He is a seasoned professional with diverse experience, including onsite international, spread across several applications in engineering and technology, financial services, and healthcare industries. He also currently serves as Central and East Arkansas Regional Director & Director of Minority Business Development for a community loan fund. He has held positions in accounts management, engineering, project and program management, site administration, and sales. Jay has more than fifteen years of volunteer experience, including a four-year volunteer tenure with the U. S. Small Business Administration as a SCORE counselor.
From a past role as Director of Operations, to currently providing technical assistance for Arkansans to gain access to capital, to serving as chief strategist for Paradigm, Jay stands ready to share. The facilitation of our team’s business experiences in strategic planning, human resource functions, operations, and financial expertise to assist in moving organizations forward in the most efficient manner is the life blood of our organization.
Jay holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from The University of Dallas – Irving, TX, and a B.S. in Industrial Technology, with a minor in operations management from Texas A & M University-Commerce.
