Dr. Julia Chears-Young, Senior Broker in the organization is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota. She comes to PMM with a background in financial services, education and psychology in which she has applied her skills in these areas to recruit, train, and develop agents on our team. Chears-Young’s knowledge and experience in the financial industry, primarily life insurance and banking has been instrumental in providing families with necessary financial tools to protect their assets, grow their money and properly pass on general wealthChears-Young earned her Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a certificate in Human Resource Development from the University of Cincinnati.
